Returns & Refunds
1. General Policy At Vielor (Sky Flora Trading LLC), we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our business (Baby Care and Skincare), strict hygiene standards apply.
2. Hygiene & Safety Exception (Important) For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Baby Wipes: Once the seal is broken, they cannot be returned.
Skincare (Serums/Essences): Once the bottle or box is opened, it is non-returnable.
3. Eligibility for Returns (7 Days) You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it ONLY IF:
The item is completely unopened and in its original shrink-wrap/packaging.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The item is in the same condition as you received it.
4. Damaged or Defective Items (UAE Consumer Rights) If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to a:
Full Refund (including shipping), OR
Free Replacement sent to you within 2-3 days.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Credit/Debit Card: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days (depending on your bank).
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit (Voucher).
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Defective Product: We pay for the return shipping.
Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item (usually 15-20 AED courier fee).
