1. Delivery Locations We ship to all 7 Emirates in the United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

2. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: 20 AED (Flat rate for all orders).

Free Shipping: We offer FREE delivery on all orders above 50 AED.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders at no extra cost.

3. Delivery Timelines We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: 1 - 2 Business Days (Next-Day Delivery is often available for orders placed before 12:00 PM).

Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 2 - 3 Business Days.

Remote Areas: 3 - 5 Business Days.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message or Email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

6. Damaged or Missing Items If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +971 56 634 5129 so we can resolve the issue within 24 hours.
